Charges are based on time, expertise involved, and the extent of supplies and services provided. Pet Haven Veterinary Clinic has long been a leader in fair, equitable, competitive pricing. Estimates are gladly provided for any service before an animal is treated. If unforseen services are needed, you will be notified before they are performed.
All elective surgery fees include pre-anesthetic blood testing, general anesthesia, surgery, postoperative nursing care and pain management.
1. Payment in full is required at the time of service and may be made by: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
2. We will also accept Care Credit (pending credit approval), which allows no interest payments for 6 months for services only. We do not accept Care Credit for the purchase of food, flea/tick medication, or heartworm preventative. We do not accept Care Credit terms longer than 6 months.
